Resolved - From around Saturday October 3rd at 10:00 PM to Sunday Oct 4th 7:00am (PT) Lattice had a major outage. This was due to an upstream issue with Lattice's registar. Lattice's latticehq.com domain, which powers the Lattice application, became "contested". Meaning the registrar stopped resolving DNS requests. This caused the Lattice application to stop working during this peroid.

Once the issue with the registrar was fixed the DNS requests immediately started to resolve again and the application came back up. During this outage no data was lost but the application was not available. The Lattice engineering team will be working on improving our detection and resolution this sorts of issues ASAP and don't expect to have another outage like this again.

We thank you for your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused for you or your teams.
